today, the epa announced california (along with 16 other sates) won’t be allowed to make their own laws governing greenhouse gas emissions, because “the bush administration is moving forward with a clear national solution, not a confusing patchwork of state rules.”

the governator immediately screamed “we’re gonna sue your federal asses off!”  well, probably not in those exact words, but damn close.   “It’s another example of the administration’s failure to treat global warming with the seriousness that it actually demands.”  it sounds like his intent is to sue to get california’s control back.
with a kennedy at his side, he’ll prolly win this one
